Project Description: This 133,000 square foot, 3-story structure will be the flagship for the engineering department and will be a primary focal point for attracting engineering and science students to the Tech program for generations to come. Construction consists of a complete structural steel frame steel deck on bar joist for the roof and composite steel beams and concrete deck for the 2nd and 3rd floors, steel girders, steel columns and light gauge curtain wall studs. Total square footage of the structure is approximately 70,000 square feet. Project Description: Located at the northeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Democracy Drive in the Legacy Business Park, this project consists of a two story office complex and a single story warehouse under a single roof. The two areas are separated by a 2500 square foot atrium, with a 44' high, all glass, barrel vault roof. Total square footage of the structure is approximately 106,000 square feet. Construction consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels. Our responsibilities included complete structural design services. During construction, this project was expanded by adding an additional 23,000 square feet of 2nd story framing within the proposed warehouse area.

Project Description: This project is a two (2) story community college classroom facility (±24,000 sf) with a single story welding building (±6,000 sf) and a structural steel canopy connector. Construction consists of a complete structural steel frame steel deck on bar joist for the roof and composite steel beams and concrete deck for the 2nd floor, steel girders, steel columns and light gauge curtain wall studs. The Welding Building is load bearing masonry with structural steel roof framing. Our responsibilities include complete structural design services.

Project Description: Located off West Ledbetter in Dallas, Texas, this structure was designed to be a replica of the original Cao Dai Temple built in Vietnam. Due to current building codes, structural steel was chosen as the primary framing component. The building is typical of Vietnamese architecture, with 70 foot tall bell towers and curved roof features.

Project Description: Located off MacArthur Park in the Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas; this project is a 20,000 square foot two story office development. Construction consists of a steel deck and bar joist roof system with a composite structural steel floor system. To accommodate the estimated 8" vertical soil movement, the first floor was designed as a composite structural steel and concrete system with a 24" minimum crawl space.

Roof construction consists of metal deck on steel joist and steel beams. 2nd floor construction consists of cast in place concrete over metal deck with composite steel beams. The exterior of the building features a combination of all glass curtainwall, limestone and brick veneers with steel stud support.
