Project Description: This remodel/expansion project consisted of the partial demolition of an existing retail facility and installation of a ±37,000 sf Kroger expansion. Construction consisted of shoring and removal of the existing perimeter framing, removal and relocation of the existing tilt-wall panels, and the installation of new tilt-wall panels, steel joist, joist girders, and steel beams. The remodel portion also consisted of demolition and reconstruction of the existing entry feature. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

AmeriPlan USA Corp.

Project Description: Located at the northeast corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Democracy Drive in the Legacy Business Park, this project consists of a two story office complex and a single story warehouse under a single roof. The two areas are separated by a 2500 square foot atrium, with a 44' high, all glass, barrel vault roof. Total square footage of the structure is approximately 110,000 square feet. Construction consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review. During concstruction, this project was expanded by adding an additional 23,000 square feet of 2nd story framing within the proposed warehouse area.

Project Description: Located at the north corner of W. Mockingbird Lane and Thurston Street, this project consists of a single story office/warehouse with a two story manager’s apartment/office space. Total square footage of the structure is approximately 31,000 square feet. Construction consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

Project Description: Located at 101 Robert G. Harris Drive at the Port of Shreveport/Bossier, this project consists of a single story warehouse with a storage mezzanine. Total square footage of the structure is approximately 74,000 square feet. Construction consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels. Our responsibilities included panel and foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

Armour Concrete

Project Description: Located at 2499 Tarpley Road in Carrollton, Texas; this project consists of two single story office/warehouse structures. Total square footage of the project is approximately 27,000 square feet. Construction consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall panels. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review. This project is currently awaiting funding.

The Marketplace at Towne Centre

Project Description: Located at the northwest corner of I-635 and US 80, this project consists of a total of 186,000 square feet of retail space. The building breakdown consists of an Ultimate Electronics at 31,700 square feet, Staples at 23,940 square feet; Linens-N-Things at 35,000 square feet; Michaels at 24,500 square feet; Ross at 30,000 square feet; and, inline retail at 33,000 square feet. Construction of all structures consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall exterior walls. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

Akiba-Yavneh Academy

Project Description: This project is a high profile, Jewish private academy located in Dallas, Texas off of Coit Road. The project consists of a total of 110,000 square feet in 7 individual buildings. The campus will include pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school buildings; a gymnasium with associated locker rooms; an administration/library/auditorium/cafeteria building; and, a prayer center each with a unique appearance and floor plan. The administration building and the high school are both two story tilt-wall. Construction to consist of a myriad of materials, including laminated roof decking, metal roof decking, structural steel beams, bar joist, fabricated wood trusses, light gauge steel studs, load bearing concrete tilt-wall, and veneer. Our scope of work consisted of complete structural design.

Project Description: Located at the southwest corner of Preston Road & Gaylord Road in Frisco Texas, this project consists of one 40,000 square foot Ultimate Electronics building and six (6) independent retail buildings for a total building area of 122,000 square feet. Construction of all structures consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall exterior walls. The building was designed to meet the stringent architectural requirements of the Preston Overlay District. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

Project Description: Located at the southwest corner of Lakeline Blvd & North Lake Creek Pkwy in Austin, Texas, this project consists of a total of 93,000 square feet of retail space. The building breakdown consists of Bed, Bath and Beyond at 28,000 square feet; National Sport Goods Retailer at 35,000 square feet; a Jr. Anchor at 17,000 square feet; and, inline retail at 13,000 square feet. Construction will consist of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall exterior walls. Our responsibilities include complete structural frame design, foundation design, specifications development, and shop drawing review.

Project Description: Located at the southeast corner of 423 & 720 in Frisco, Texas; this project consists of two independent retail buildings with areas of 15,330 square feet and 22,540 square feet. Project Description: Located within the Smith Farm Marketplace Shopping Center in Owasso, Oklahoma; this project consists of a single 30,000 square foot retail building. Construction to consist of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns and load bearing concrete tilt-wall exterior walls.

Westbank Village

Project Description: Located at the corner of Westbank Expressway and Manhattan Boulevard in New Oleans; this project consists of a total of 80,000 square feet of retail space. The building breakdown consists of a Circuit City 30,000 square feet, Bed Bath and Beyond at 30,000 square feet; and, inline retail at 20,000 square feet. Construction of all structures consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns, load bearing concrete tilt-walls, and load bearing cmu exterior walls. Additionally, all of the slabs were structural slabs with over 2,000 driven timber pile. Our responsibilities include complete structural design services.

Project Description: Located at the off Cortez Boulevard in Springhill, Florida; this project consists of a total of 163,700 square feet of retail space. The building breakdown consists of a Dick’s Sporting Goods at 45,000 square feet, Bed Bath and Beyond at 28,000 square feet; Best Buy at 30,400 square feet; Petsmart at 20,200 square feet; a fitness center at 12,900 square feet; and 3 outparcels at 27,400 square feet. Construction of all structures consists of steel deck on bar joist, steel girders, steel columns, and load bearing concrete tilt-wall exterior walls. Our responsibilities include complete structural design services.
